Please ensure you have your ticket with you when boarding the ferry (in printed form or on your mobile device).
We reserve the right to apply additional charges on-board if your ticket is not valid for your vehicle type.
Tickets are strictly non-refundable if used, partially used or expired.
Car Excursion Return Same Day ticket must be completed used same day as purchase, expires at end of day

Your ticket will be sent to the email address provided when purchasing your ticket online. This ticket may be printed at the time of purchase or at a later date when required. Your ticket will be scanned onboard the ferry on time of travel on your mobile device.

No reservations required but to avoid disappointment please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to ferry departure.

Do not leave your vehicle until the ticket collector has collected your fare and/or checked your ticket.
